A decision regarding the disbursement of assistance has yet to be reached by the Commission.
The Public Order Office (Ordnungsamt) of our town is hosting a bicycle auction on Thursday, August 28th. The event will take place in the garage behind the town hall at Konrad-Adenauer-Platz 9.
This auction consists of found bicycles that were not claimed within half a year. Approximately 35-40 traditional bicycles and 5 e-bikes will be available for auction, offering a chance for citizens to purchase a bicycle at an affordable price.
The auction will start at 4 pm and continue until 6 pm. For those interested, a path from the city hall leads to the city administration parking lot and the garages of the public order office, allowing you to view the bicycles from 3 pm onwards. This will give you a chance to choose your favourites before the bidding begins.
It's important to note that no warranty is provided for the bicycles. The bicycle that is bid the highest will be the one sold. The auction is open to all citizens, so mark your calendars and prepare for a thrilling bidding experience!
