Diane Farr, a veteran actress known for her role in Rescue Me, is set to return to our screens as Cal Fire division chief Sharon Leone in the fourth season of Fire Country. The show, which was renewed for another season, is expected to premiere on CBS in October 2025.

Fans who aren't caught up with Fire Country can stream Season 3 on Pluto TV. New episodes will also be available for streaming next-day via a Paramount+ subscription.

The third season ends with a major cliffhanger involving Farr's character, and the show is expected to return with updates on this intriguing plot twist.

Recently, Farr celebrated her 56th birthday by posting a body-positive image on Instagram. The post, which featured her standing in profile, with one hand covering her breasts and the other gripping her backside, was intended to normalize female body positivity and celebrate her energy after childbirth. Farr is a mother to three children, one son and twin daughters, with ex-husband Seung Yong Chung.

Farr's Instagram posts have been a reflection of her resilience. She has undergone routine medical surgeries, survived several car accidents and motorcycle incidents, and experienced assaults. Despite these hardships, Farr hopes that younger generations of women will not have to deal with the same challenges she faced.

In another Instagram post, Farr shared about dropping her son off at college, expressing her mixed feelings of pride and emptiness.

CBS' Fall TV lineup for 2025 includes the return of Fire Country and the debut of two new spinoffs: Sheriff Country and Boston Blue, a follow-up to Blue Bloods.

Farr's character, Sharon Leone, was last seen in a precarious situation in the third season. Farr addressed the possibility of her character's demise, but remained tight-lipped about the details, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the fourth season.

Farr's journey, marked by resilience, empowerment, and a commitment to normalizing female body positivity, continues to inspire and captivate audiences.
