The Adecco Group, a leading provider of Human Resources solutions and a Fortune Global 500 company, has announced the acquisition of D4, LLC. This move is expected to provide market-leading eDiscovery and staffing solutions both in the USA and internationally.

D4, a provider of managed data and discovery services, offers a full range of services to law firms and corporations. The company, founded by John Holland and headquartered in the USA, operates from a state-of-the-art data center and has offices beyond US borders.

John Holland, D4's Founder and CEO, stated that this move will take their eDiscovery services to new heights and strengthen their global presence. D4's services include electronic discovery, computer forensics, and litigation support. As a leader in eDiscovery litigation support with annual revenues of approximately USD 30 million, D4 is a valuable addition to the Adecco Group's portfolio.
