Fifth Amendment to the Revised Association Charter Published in Official Gazette

The fifth amendment to the revised Association Charter, which was adopted on the 3rd of July, 2025, has been officially published in the Official Gazette for the Arnsberg Government District No. 32 on the 9th of August, 2025.

The publication, which can be found on page 325 of the Official Gazette, was signed by Dr. Roland Schrรถder, the Mayor of Menden (Sauerland), where the signing and the meeting where the amendment was adopted took place.

According to Section 11 (1) of the Law on Municipal Cooperation (GkG), districts, cities, and municipalities must refer to this publication. The publication of the amendment is required to be in a form prescribed for their announcements.

The serial number of the publication is 449, and the amendment was announced in the Official Gazette on both the 9th of August and the day of its publication.

As of now, no specific information is publicly available about authorities, cities, and municipalities of the Arnsberg Government District No. 32 officially declaring themselves under Section 11 of the Law on Municipal Cooperation following the publication of the fifth amendment to the revised association charter on the 19th of December, 2017.
