Alleged Voyeurism in Kemptville Daycare: Three Additional Charges Involving Child Pornography Now Filed

In a concerning development, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have shared information with all parents using the Kemptville daycare facility regarding a suspected voyeurism incident that occurred on August 29, 2025.

The OPP has been actively investigating the case since August 20, 2025, following a report of a recording device found at a local daycare. A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with voyeurism, possession of child pornography, accessing child pornography, mischief - obstructs, interrupts, or interferes in the use of property, and accessing child modeling.

The man was released from custody on strict conditions after a bail hearing, and is scheduled to appear in court again on October 3, 2025.

Investigators are working diligently to identify the victims seen in the videos seized during the execution of a search warrant.
