OVES Enterprise Partners with Adler Aerospace to Develop Advanced Drone Countermeasures

In an exciting development, Romanian software development company OVES Enterprise has partnered with Adler Aerospace to integrate their artificial intelligence solution, Nemesis AI, into the Atlas6 Shield System. This system is a cutting-edge counter-drone and electronic warfare solution designed for both fixed and mobile aerial scenarios.

Based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, OVES Enterprise has been offering services since 2015, working on projects in sectors such as automotive, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, and international government institutions. Last year, the company expanded its activity with a new business line focused on drone production.

The Atlas6 Shield System, developed by Adler Aerospace, combines radio frequency detection and jamming with precision kinetic interception. Equipped with Nemesis AI, the Atlas6 drone will be able to operate up to an altitude of 4,000 meters and have an endurance of up to 10 hours, with a payload capacity of 45 kilograms.

OVES Enterprise will develop a dedicated AI Board for onboard processing, which Nemesis AI will use to provide advanced self-protection and autonomous operating capabilities to the Atlas6 system. The integrated system will detect and avoid threats such as interceptor drones, missiles, or artillery fire, and will provide critical information from operational altitudes to ground units.

Mihai Filip, CEO of OVES Enterprise, stated that the objective is autonomy, resilience, and operational relevance in real-world scenarios. The partnership between OVES Enterprise and Adler Aerospace will be demonstrated at the NATO exercise in Lithuania at the end of August.

In addition to this partnership, OVES Enterprise is also expanding to the United States market. The Nemesis AI platform will be integrated into Adler's Atlas6 Shield System, marking a significant step forward for Nemesis AI as it moves from integration on tactical platforms to a large-scale platform with high operational requirements.
