In the dynamic world of automotive manufacturing, two industry veterans, Luciano Biondo and Anne-Catherine Brieux, have taken on new challenges.

Luciano Biondo, previously the Director of Industrial Operations at Ampere, has had a long and distinguished career. He began his journey in 1991 as a production operator at the PSA Peugeot Citroën plant in Sochaux. Over the years, he climbed the ranks, earning a promotion to unit chief in 1992. Between 1993 and 2000, Biondo contributed to the launch of the monospace range for the four brands of the PSA Peugeot Citroën group and participated in the launch of the PSA Peugeot Citroën production site in Sevelnord.

In 2000, Biondo joined the new northern site of Toyota Motor Manufacturing France to launch the painting department. Between 2013 and 2020, he served as the general director of Toyota Motor Manufacturing France in Valenciennes, where he successfully launched the Yaris and the Yaris Cross. In 2020, Biondo joined Renault Group to implement the northern industrial pole, dedicated to the production of the brand's electric vehicles.

On the other hand, Anne-Catherine Brieux embarked on her career with Renault in 1997 as an engineer in production at the Cléon plant (Rouen). She rose through the ranks, joining the engineering teams at Renault in 1999. In 2006, Brieux took on the responsibility of a Engine Studies Office in the Mechanical Plant. She integrated the first decentralized engine design for the Duster project in 2006 and piloted key product standardization projects within the Renault Nissan Alliance.

Anne-Catherine Brieux became the director of the Palencia plants in an unspecified year and the director of Renault Motores (Valladolid - Spain) in 2017. In 2023, she was appointed as the Director of Quality Strategy, Suppliers and Development within the Quality Department of Renault Group. Before her appointment as director of Ampere, Brieux was an executive at EDF (Électricité de France).

These two industry veterans bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their new roles at Ampere and Renault Group, poised to drive innovation and success in the electric vehicle sector.
