The BetMGM Poker Millionaire Championship concluded with a thrilling finish at the Borgata Big Buy-In Series. Ardit Kurshumi, a skilled player, emerged victorious, claiming the largest prize of the tournament, a substantial $772,280.

The event attracted a total of 670 entries, surpassing the $3,000,000 guarantee and creating a prize pool of $3,350,000. Kurshumi's victory was hard-earned, as he faced a final table filled with experienced players, including Mike Leah, Edward Leonard, and Andrew Porter.

Kurshumi's breakthrough moment came when he cracked aces with AJ, eliminating Soheb Porbandarwala in a massive pot. In a deal agreed upon with Chance Kornuth, Kurshumi played for the trophy, ultimately winning at 11:56 PM on his father's 75th birthday. This victory held special significance for Kurshumi, as his father had recently overcome stage four esophagus cancer.

The final results saw Kurshumi in 1st place, Kornuth in 2nd, and Porbandarwala in 3rd, with prize money of $772,280, $634,720, and $247,900 respectively. Kurshumi's victory marked his most significant cash and the largest prize of the tournament, capping off an emotional and successful event.
