Argument in proximity of Therme Constance (October 20, 2024)
In an unexpected turn of events, a 27-year-old man found himself in police custody following an altercation that took place on Sunday evening at approximately 7:15 PM on Zur Therme street in Konstanz.
The incident began when the man left the Konstanz Therme and started to verbally abuse a 23-year-old man and his 21-year-old companion. The confrontation quickly escalated, with the older man attempting to kick and punch the younger man several times.
Witnesses to the altercation, including a lifeguard, were not spared from the aggression. The lifeguard and the young woman who tried to intervene were both punched by the man.
The police were called to the scene, and upon their arrival, the man continued to behave aggressively and insultingly towards the officers. He was eventually taken into custody.
