Breaking News: Armed Robbery at Kolpingstraße Kiosk in Duisburg
A shocking incident occurred on Friday evening, as a kiosk on Kolpingstraße in Duisburg was robbed by two individuals. According to reports, the robbers, estimated to be around 16 years old, demanded money from the employee and were armed with a firearm.
The robbers, who were described as having dark hair, wearing black clothing, and a black mask, made their escape into a green area near Theresenstraße/Maxstraße after the robbery. Fortunately, the 52-year-old cashier was unharmed but suffered a shock.
The Police Department of Duisburg (Polizei Duisburg) is actively investigating the incident. The Criminal Investigation Unit 13 is leading the investigation, and witnesses with information about the robbers are being sought.
