In an unexpected turn of events, a 21-year-old man from Hanau was provisionally arrested on Wednesday evening in connection with a suspected gunshot incident in the city centre. The incident occurred around 8:35 PM in Paradise Alley.

According to reports, a witness observed the young man pulling out a gun from the trunk of his black Mercedes with a HU license plate, pointing it in the air, and firing a shot. However, no gun was found during a search of the suspect, his vehicle, and person.

After the incident, the suspect drove off in his car. He was later temporarily arrested at his home and taken to the police station for identification and processing. The man remained silent about the incident.
