"Art Community Bottrop Unveils Fresh Exhibition Centered on Kirchehellen Fanatics"

In the heart of Kirchhellen, artist André Brune, also known as Ruhrpottologist, has unveiled his latest art project, "Kirchhellener Motives". The exhibition, held at the Bürgerbüro of the Kirchhellen district administration, features impressive photographs in fine art print, known for their clear visual language, intense colours, and unique atmosphere.

Brune, who is also the 1st chairman of the Kunstgemeinschaft Bottrop 1969 e.V., states that photography is more than just capturing a moment for him - it's an invitation to pause and discover. Each work in the exhibition, all created in Kirchhellen, combines artistic expression with a regional connection.

Visiting the exhibition is free of charge, and interested visitors can view the works during the regular opening hours of the exhibition venue. The images in the exhibition are displayed in fine art print with white framing and are available for purchase in limited editions. For each sold piece, 10 € will be donated to the Waldpädagogisches Zentrum, a cause close to Brune's heart.

The art project "Kirchhellener Motives" was organized by artist Barbara Hähner in collaboration with the citizen's office of the Kirchhellener district administration. The exhibition is a sale for a good cause, with proceeds going to support the Waldpädagogisches Zentrum.

The exhibition, which opened on 28.8.25, will run until 28.2.2026. The works showcased in the exhibition continue to be displayed, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere created by Brune's photography.
