As a visionary generalist with a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence, you will lead a technical team responsible for supporting the transformation and coordinating the impact and implementation of optimization strategies. Your technical fluency is key, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers a must.
Proactivity, curiosity, and adaptability are important qualities for this role. You will be expected to proactively identify and assess opportunities to implement AI-powered innovation and automation solutions. A hands-on passion and knowledge in AI is required, including understanding of current AI trends and the capabilities of various models/tools.
Technical team leadership experience is necessary, including aligning with cross-functional departments and being skilled in performance tracking and team motivation. Experience working in large organizations or driving change in established environments, prior application of AI in specific business contexts, familiarity with Agile product development methodologies, and experience with modern tools across real-world projects are nice-to-have but not mandatory.
The role requires proven experience in high-impact roles such as Product Management, Growth, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Consulting, Operations, Automation, or similar. Strategic vision & analytical thinking, leadership & collaboration, and strong communication skills are necessary for the role.
