Aschaffenburg eatery faces €9,000 fine following customs investigation, culminating in final judgment

According to the findings, the restaurant owner employed Georgian workers who had entered Germany with forged Slovak passports. The Georgian workers, who were facilitated in their illegal residence, had been working for the restaurant owner over a period of three years.
The Financial Control Schwarzarbeit (FCS) of the Main Customs Office Schweinfurt initiated the proceedings, providing the evidence that led to the successful work of the customs officers in this case.
