ASI® appoints Carol Albright as Senior Vice President for Human Resources
Carol Albright's Impact at the Advertising Specialty Institute
Carol Albright, a long-standing member of the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) family, has made significant strides in her 21-year tenure with the organisation. Based in Trevose, Pennsylvania, ASI serves as a media and marketing powerhouse for the advertising specialty industry.
Albright, a resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has held various leadership roles in human resources during her time at ASI. She was appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources on February 27, 2008. Her current responsibilities include managing the company's benefits programs, employee performance coaching, improvement processes, and recruiting plans.
Under her leadership, the number of ASI employees has quadrupled, marking a period of growth for the organisation. One of her most notable contributions is the creation of the ASI Wellness Program, which rewards employees with cash for practicing healthy habits.
Albright's influence extends beyond ASI's walls. She is a respected figure nationally, recognised for implementing new approaches to human resources. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
Prior to her current position, Albright held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at ASI. She reports to Timothy M. Andrews, the President and Chief Executive Officer of ASI. However, it is currently unclear who the current Chairman and CEO of ASI is, as recent board announcements mention Wang Tianlong from UTime Limited, but it is uncertain if he is related to ASI or the Human Resources position mentioned.
Albright holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Rider University and a master's degree in Instructional Systems Design and Performance Technology from Pennsylvania State University. Her role at ASI involves developing, shaping, and advancing human resources within the company.
Albright's contributions to ASI are undeniable, and her impact on the advertising specialty industry continues to grow.
