Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to recognize complex interrelationships, and a good work style characterized by good structuring, solution-orientedness, and decisiveness. Experience in corporate banking is an advantage, and attendance at a specialist seminar on credit analysis or comparable training is highly desirable.

Personal commitment and independent work are expected from the candidate. The role requires a completed apprenticeship as a banker and further training as a Sparkassen business economist or bank business economist.
