In a thrilling encounter at the Allianz Arena, Bayern Munich edged past Augsburg with a 3-2 victory. The game, coached by Sandro Wagner for Augsburg and Vincent Kompany for Bayern Munich, saw a series of exciting moments that kept fans on the edge of their seats.

Harry Kane, playing in his 100th competitive game for Bayern Munich, opened the scoring for the hosts in the 28th minute, assisted by Serge Gnabry. Kane's first goal of the season set the tone for an action-packed first half, with Bayern Munich scoring two more goals before the break. Konrad Laimer set up Luis Díaz for his first goal in the 45+4 minute, and Michael Olise scored the third goal shortly after the restart with a low shot.

However, Augsburg refused to give up and mounted a strong comeback in the second half. Kristijan Jakic scored a stunning goal for Augsburg with a direct shot in the 53rd minute, bringing the score to 3:2. Mert Kömür added another goal for Augsburg in the 76th minute, but it wasn't enough to secure an equalizer for the visitors.

Despite the late pressure from Augsburg, Bayern Munich held on to secure the win. Koo's goal for Augsburg in the 85th minute, which made the score 3:3, was not enough to salvage a point for the team.

The game was not without its controversies. Robin Fellhauer was injured during the game after a head collision with Bayern pro Sacha Boey. Boey was shown a yellow card for his action that led to Fellhauer's injury. Marius Wolf also had to be substituted later due to injury, hitting the outside of the net during the game.

There is potential for more changes in the Bayern Munich squad before the transfer deadline on Monday. The planned transfer of offensive player Nicolas Jackson seems to be at risk of a last-minute veto from FC Chelsea, according to media reports.

Despite the late scare, Bayern Munich will be pleased with their performance and the three points they secured. Augsburg, on the other hand, will be disappointed to have let a 2-3 lead slip away in the second half. Finn Dahmen, the Augsburg goalkeeper, stated that Robin Fellhauer is doing well given the circumstances of his injury.
