Stolen Vehicles Recovered in Southern Brandenburg: Suspects Arrested

In a series of incidents that took place in southern Brandenburg early this morning, the Federal Police Directorate Berlin successfully recovered two stolen vehicles and temporarily arrested two men in connection with the cases.

The first incident occurred at 1 a.m., when a Hyundai with German license plates was found stolen in Lieberose. The driver of the Hyundai, a 27-year-old Polish national, was later found operating the vehicle without keys and could not produce any vehicle documents. Despite initially evading police control, the driver was later stopped by the authorities.

At 4 a.m., an Audi with German registration was reported stolen on the A15. The driver of the Audi, a 46-year-old Polish national, was discovered to have neither proof of ownership nor a vehicle key.

Both men are currently under investigation by the Federal Police, with the focus on the suspicion of receiving stolen goods and aggravated theft. The Federal Police Directorate Berlin has transmitted the news content via news aktuell.
