Authorities in Poland are seeking individuals who may have observed certain incidents.
On August 11, 2025, an unsettling incident occurred near the west bank of the Main-Danube Canal, below the harbor bridge in Fürth-Unterfarrnbach, Middle Franconia. According to a report made by a local woman later on the same day, an unknown man exposed himself to her.
The man was described as having a stocky build, dark hair styled in a "bowl cut", and was not wearing pants during the incident. He was sitting on stone steps of a fortified slope below the bridge and was manipulating his exposed genitals. The man made eye contact with the victim during the incident.
The woman stated that she had seen the same man in the same manner about two weeks earlier at the same location.
The Police Headquarters Middle Franconia, located at Richard-Wagner-Platz 1, D-90443 Nuremberg, is seeking witnesses regarding the incident. The police are asking for anyone with information about the crime or the unknown man to call 0911 2112-3333 during office hours at +49 (0)911 2112 1030, or for inquiries outside office hours, call +49 (0)911 2112 1553.
