Stuttgart Police: Two Suspects Arrested in Connection with Stock Exchange Square Robbery

In an incident that took place early Sunday morning, two men were taken into custody by the Stuttgart Police in connection with a robbery at Stock Exchange Square.

According to reports, the 29-year-old victim was walking through the square around 3:20 AM when he was allegedly attacked and knocked down by two suspects, aged 19 and 32. The 19-year-old suspect is said to have taken the victim's mobile phone during the struggle, while the 32-year-old suspect allegedly helped to keep the victim down.

After the incident, the two men fled but were later arrested during a manhunt. The 19-year-old Tunisian suspect, who has not been publicly named or identified, was brought before a judge on Monday, January 13, at the request of the Stuttgart Public Prosecutor's Office. The 32-year-old suspect, on the other hand, was released after police procedures were completed.
