On August 25, 2025, at 10:35 AM, a 64-year-old woman from Dinslaken fell victim to a trick theft. The incident occurred on Karlstraße, according to a report filed by the Police Station Ost in Dinslaken.
The woman was approached by an unknown female, aged between 30 and 40, who was wearing a headscarf and had a robust figure. During their conversation, the female perpetrator put several fashion jewelry necklaces around the victim's neck. While doing so, the perpetrator stole the victim's own gold chain and left the scene in a beige vehicle.
The vehicle involved in the incident was driven by a 40-year-old man with a black beard, black hair, and a robust figure. The back passenger in the vehicle was an older woman, over 60 years old, with a small and slender figure. The vehicle was heading towards Dinslaken-Lohberg after the theft.
The reference number for the incident is 250525-1228. The woman only noticed the theft of her own chain later. Anyone with information about the individuals involved in the theft is asked to contact the police station Ost in Dinslaken at Tel.: 02064 / 622-0.
