On Sunday, August 31st, Monika and Hartmut Faupel will be opening their garden at Zur Mader Heide 6 in Gudensberg for a special event as part of the GartenLiebe series in the Habichtswald nature park.

This picturesque garden, nestled in the heart of the park, boasts a vibrant display of water lilies in bloom, as well as a variety of perennials, dahlias, and roses. Visitors can expect to see dragonflies darting about and enjoy the serene sight of garden birds drinking and bathing in the ponds, which also provide a habitat for water dwellers.

The event promises a delightful culinary offering, making it an ideal opportunity for a relaxing afternoon out. Cozy seating areas are available for visitors to linger and take in the beauty of the garden.

The garden will be open from 11 am to 5 pm, and admission is free. For those interested, there will be an opportunity to take plants home from the event.
