Benjamin Rolle Wins 2025 WSOP Online Main Event, Takes Home $3.9M

Benjamin Rolle, a poker player, emerged victorious at the 2025 WSOP Online Main Event final table, securing a $3.9M prize. Rolle, who began as the chip leader, prepared meticulously for the event by jotting down key thoughts to maintain focus on controllable aspects.

Rolle's list of strategies included prioritising expected value (EV) over game theory optimal (GTO) plays or blockers. He vowed to fold when beaten and avoid making calls based solely on solver advice, instead bluffing when he believed he had sufficient fold equity.

Rolle also emphasised picking spots wisely but executing ruthlessly. He didn't care about the appearance of his plays, stating, 'I don't give a fuck how stupid a play might look like.' Rolle's list further highlighted the importance of hero-folding over hero-calling, even on turns and rivers. He believed in his ability to grind up from any stack size.

Benjamin Rolle's strategic approach, as outlined in his list of thoughts, proved successful. He won the 2025 WSOP Online Main Event, demonstrating the effectiveness of his focus on expected value and ruthless execution.
