Beverage Broch in Obertshausen transitions to new management: Doulias replaces Brosch as leader

In the city of Offenbach, a new chapter begins for Getränke Brosch as Kosta Doulias takes over the reins of the beverage service company. With 27 years of experience in the gastronomy industry, Doulias is poised to bring a fresh perspective to the business.

Doulias, who returned to Obertshausen with his family in 2019, decided to change his professional focus to spend more time with his loved ones. He saw the opportunity to take over Getränke Brosch as a personal gain, allowing him to balance his work and family life.

To ensure a smooth transition, Doulias spent four months learning the processes, tours, and customers of the current owner, Michael Brosch. He was supported in this endeavour by another employee, who aided him in the delivery for Getränke Brosch.

The event equipment rental service offered by Getränke Brosch includes cooling devices, draft systems, and glasses, making it an essential service for numerous events in the city. The new management is planning to establish an online presence, offering not only beverage delivery but also event equipment rental, aiming to cater to a wider audience.

The takeover of Getränke Brosch was welcomed by Mayor Manuel Friedrich, who praised the successful transition. He expressed his relief that a successor was found within the planned time, ensuring the continuity of the service and preventing any disruption to the regular customer base.

Friedrich also wished Laura Doulias, Kosta's wife, all the best with her role in digitizing the business and organizing the office. He extended his warm wishes to the Doulias family, expressing his hope for their continued success in their new venture.

The first impact of the Doulias family on the city of Offenbach was felt in 2023 with the takeover of Getränke Brosch. As they embark on this new journey, the community looks forward to witnessing the growth and development of this beloved local business.
