On May 25, 2025, the KSV Music Corps in Altenritte will be hosting a Day of Brass Music. The event will take place at KSV our city e.V., located at Altenritter Str. 35, 34225 our city.

The day begins with an evangelical church service led by Pastor Kupski at 10:30 AM. From 11:00 AM, the fire department will be present, providing information about their activities and encouraging volunteer opportunities.

The music association Bühne e.V., known for its popularity among the younger population, will also perform. Their repertoire includes both classic brass music and modern entertainment music. Carsten Pieper is the conductor of Bühne e.V., while the KSV music corps is led by Torsten Eckerle, who took office in March of the same year.

Open-air concerts will be held on the village square, featuring an Abba medley, "Under the Boardwalk", "Gonna Fly Now" from Rocky, "So schön ist Blasmusik" from the Grand Prix of Folk Music, and various march and polka pieces.

Visitors can enjoy cold drinks throughout the day, and various food options will be available, including bratwurst, currywurst, fries, a large cake buffet, and coffee in the afternoon.
