BMW veered off the highway: what caused the incident?
In an incident that occurred on Tuesday, June 3, a 62-year-old driver was involved in a car accident on the B241 in Borgentreich-Lütgeneder. The driver was behind the wheel of a 7 Series BMW, which sustained an estimated €50,000 worth of damage.
According to the police, the driver may have attempted to avoid a white delivery van that was ahead and initially intended to turn left but continued straight. The reason for the driver veering off the road and colliding with a tree is under investigation by the traffic division of the Höxter police.
