Bryan Kennedy, CEO of Publicis Epsilon, will step down from his position.

In a significant move, Epsilon, a data-driven marketing company under Publicis Groupe, has announced that its CEO, Bryan Kennedy, will be retiring at the end of the year. Kennedy, who has spent a quarter of a century at Epsilon, led the company through its acquisition by Publicis Groupe for $4.4 billion in April 2019.

Kennedy joined Epsilon as the chief technology officer in 1996, shortly after graduating from Harvard Business School. He was later promoted to the role of chief operating officer in 2001 and became CEO in 2009. During his tenure, Kennedy played a pivotal role in shaping Epsilon's strategic direction and growing the company into a leading data business.

John Giuliani, a former CEO of Conversant, is set to rejoin Epsilon as executive chairman. Giuliani previously served as the CEO of Conversant before its acquisition by Epsilon in 2014. He will assume the role of executive chairman on September 1, 2025, following Kennedy's retirement.

Giuliani's return to Epsilon marks a significant moment for the company. He will be responsible for leading Epsilon's strategic direction and guiding the company through its next phase of growth.

After retirement, Kennedy will remain with Epsilon as an executive strategic adviser during the transition period. This will ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities and provide continuity for the company's operations.

The transition of leadership at Epsilon is expected to take place at the end of the year. The company's employees and stakeholders are looking forward to the new chapter under John Giuliani's leadership.

Epsilon, under Publicis Groupe, continues to be at the forefront of data-driven marketing, providing innovative solutions to help brands connect with their customers in meaningful ways. The company's focus on data-driven marketing and its commitment to innovation make it a valuable asset within the Publicis Groupe portfolio.

This news comes as Epsilon continues to expand its operations and strengthen its position in the market. With Giuliani at the helm, the company is poised for continued growth and success in the years to come.
