Businesses can now equip their employees with Sleep Cycle's Sleep Boot Camp, a new product designed to improve sleep quality and productivity.

Sleep Cycle, a leading sleep tracker application, is on a mission to improve global health by empowering people to sleep better. Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, the company has made significant strides in sleep research and is regularly featured in notable media outlets.

Sleep Cycle's latest initiative, Sleep Boot Camp, is a four-week long, web-based sleep training program designed for companies. Developed in collaboration with sleep researcher Dr. Frida Rångtell and psychologist Dr. Li Åslund, the program aims to help employees understand their sleeping habits and improve their sleep.

The program is designed for participants to use the Sleep Cycle app to track their sleep patterns and understand how exercises and challenges impact their sleep. Two companies that have already undergone the Boot Camp are Djurgårdens IF Fotboll and Polestar, emphasizing the importance of investing in sleep health.
