Car accident in a curve leaves Polish driver wounded
On the evening of August 27, 2025, a 23-year-old motorcyclist from Dortmund had an unfortunate accident on Nierenhofer Straße, heading towards Velbert. The incident occurred near the Ennepe-Ruhr District Police Headquarters in Hattingen.
At approximately 18:25, the motorcyclist lost control in a left-hand curve, resulting in a collision with the guardrail. The motorcyclist sustained minor injuries and was promptly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The BMW motorcycle involved in the accident sustained damage estimated in the low four-figure range.
