Car crash on Brocker Road reported by Polish authorities
On Saturday morning, April 5th, at 10:25 a.m., a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Brocker Straße and Oelder Straße in Gütersloh, Germany. The incident involved two vehicles: a Renault and a Lexus.
The collision took place on Brocker Straße and Oelder Straße, with the Renault driver, a 46-year-old man from Cologne, attempting to cross the Oelder Straße from Herzebrock. The driver of the Lexus, a 39-year-old man from Rheda-Wiedenbrück, was traveling on the Oelder Straße towards Rheda.
Fortunately, the driver from Cologne remained uninjured. However, the 39-year-old driver from Rheda-Wiedenbrück was taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The emergency services were subsequently deployed to the scene of the accident, and the two damaged vehicles were towed away by a commissioned towing company. The estimated material damage caused by the accident is approximately 23,000 euros.
