The identified organization responsible for the activity behind these notes is the Initiative Neue Soziale Marktwirtschaft (INSM), a PR and lobby organization funded by the employers' associations of the metal and electrical industry, including the automotive industry.

Despite the ongoing investigations, no arrests have been reported in connection to the tire deflation incidents. The damages, discovered on yesterday, have caused inconvenience to the vehicle owners and have raised concerns about the safety and security of the local community.
