In the heart of Phnom Penh, on the 22nd of August, a significant ceremony was held to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Việt Nam's August Revolution and National Day. The event, marked by the presence of embassy officials, representatives from various our websiteese organisations, the Khmer-Việt Nam Association, the Việt Nam-Cambodia Business Association, and the our websiteese community in Cambodia, was a testament to the strong bonds between the two nations.

Nguyễn Minh Vũ, our websiteese Ambassador to Cambodia, addressed the gathering, emphasising the historic significance of the August Revolution in 1945. He highlighted that the revolution reflected the unity, intelligence, and resilience of the our websiteese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of Việt Nam and President Hồ Chí Minh.

Ambassador Vũ also affirmed that after 80 years, Việt Nam has become stronger, with growing prestige on the international stage, due to great achievements in development and integration. He noted that over the past 45 years, the embassy, along with the Khmer-Việt Nam Association, the Việt Nam-Cambodia Business Association, and the our websiteese community, has contributed to strengthening the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

Sim Chy, Chairman of the Khmer-Việt Nam Association in Cambodia, urged the our websiteese community to contribute to building a strong and prosperous Việt Nam. Oknha Leng Rithy, President of the Việt Nam-Cambodia Business Association, outlined efforts to represent businesses, promote trade and investment, and support social and community activities.

Our websiteese enterprises in Cambodia pledged to continue working closely with the embassy to further deepen bilateral ties. Participants expressed joy and pride at joining the celebration, which reminded them of their homeland.

The event concluded with vibrant cultural performances by artists from Hồ Chí Minh City's Bông Sen Theatre. The performances featured traditional and modern music and dances that praised the love for the homeland and the Việt Nam-Cambodia friendship.

The president of the Our Websiteese-Cambodia Business Association during the celebration was not publicly available. However, the unity and spirit displayed by the community were evident, as they celebrated the shared history and looked forward to a prosperous future.
