CEO of the group was discovered by Accompio

In a series of strategic moves, the IT services company, previously known as BITS Systemhaus, has rebranded as Accompio Ansbach (Bavaria) following an acquisition. This move is part of a larger growth strategy for the company, which also includes the acquisition of Netz16 from Augsburg.

Accompio Group, founded in August 2023, is already a significant player in the industry, employing over 700 people across 17 locations. The company's annual turnover exceeds 100 million euros, a testament to its success.

Christian Boeing, a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in C-level positions, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Accompio Group, effective September 1, 2025. Boeing's career began in 2001 as a project manager at advertising agency BBDO, and since then, he has held key positions at Contabo, OXG, Hello Fiber, Ionos, World4you Internet Services, Open-Exchange, Vodafone, Strato, 1&1, and Epages. Boeing was also chairman at World4you Internet Services and in a similar position at Open-Exchange.

Prior to Accompio, Boeing served as deputy CEO and marketing director at Ionos from 2018 to 2020. He brings an impressive combination of strategic vision, international experience, leadership experience, and implementation strength to Accompio.

Felix Zoebisch serves as the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) of Accompio Group, and Georg Willig holds the position of CFO. Simon Berger is the COO of Accompio Group, although no further information about his role or background has been provided.

The Accompio Group, with EOS Partners as a financial investor, is aiming for targeted growth within the existing buy-and-build strategy. The company has not mentioned any previous acquisitions of AI specialists or any information about Torsten Otto or Netgo.

Accompio aims to become a leading managed service provider in Germany, with a focus on innovation and customer orientation. Christian Boeing sees great potential for further growth in Accompio, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence, security, digital transformation, and cloud. The company is currently present in Germany, Hungary, and Bulgaria, and plans to continue acquisitions under the buy-and-build strategy.
