CEOs of Purple and Distology set to address FUEL Manchester conference in 2025

The city of Manchester is set to host an exciting event aimed at fostering business growth for startups and scaleups. FUEL Manchester 2025, scheduled for October 9th, promises a day filled with insightful discussions, masterclasses, and networking opportunities.

The event will take place at No.1 Circle Square, Oxford Road, and is supported by GM Business Growth Hub, Bruntwood SciTech, and S&W. Bruntwood SciTech, the UK's leading developer of city-wide innovation ecosystems, and S&W, a firm that supports fast-growing businesses and founders, are key supporters of this initiative.

Gary Fenemore, tax director of S&W, and Gavin Wheeldon, founder and CEO of Purple, will be among the speakers at the event. Fenemore, with extensive experience working with businesses at various stages of their lifecycle, will provide valuable insights on initial structuring, fundraising, employee incentivization and retention, R&D claims, international tax input, and M&A support.

Hayley Roberts, CEO of Distology, another supporter of the event, received investment from NorthEdge in 2021 to support its growth plans. Distology is a specialist in cloud-based cybersecurity technology.

The event consists of a breakfast panel discussion and a series of exclusive masterclasses.
