In a concerning incident that occurred on Saturday evening at around 6 PM, a five-year-old girl was hit by a car in the southern part of Fürth, Germany. The incident took place near a shopping center.

According to the Middle Franconia Police Headquarters, the driver of the vehicle involved was a 32-year-old woman who was traveling on Waldstraße from the roundabout towards Nuremberg at the time of the accident. Despite her quick reaction, which included initiating an emergency braking and evasive maneuver upon seeing the girl run onto the roadway, the vehicle grazed the girl.

Fortunately, the girl sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital by ambulance. The identity of the driver of the Hyundai, the make of the vehicle involved, has not been released in the available search results.
