Citi Wealth Introduces AI-Powered Innovation Pioneers

Citi Wealth, the global wealth management division of Citigroup, is set to revolutionise its services with the introduction of two new AI-powered tools: Advisor Insights and AskWealth.

Currently in pilot with advisors in Citigold and Citi Private Client North America, Advisor Insights is an AI-powered tool designed to provide advisors with customised market insights and portfolio updates. The tool, which draws insights from Citi Wealth's award-winning Chief Investment Office, aims to enhance connections between Citi Wealth and its clients, offering faster and deeper connections around useful content and alerts.

Andy Sieg, Head of Wealth at Citigroup, is excited about the impact AI will have on Citi Wealth's clients and colleagues alike. He believes that AI will continue to lead the industry into the future for Citi Wealth.

Advisor Insights is just one part of Citi Wealth's AI strategy. AskWealth, a GenAI-powered conversational assistant for Citi Wealth service teams, advisors, and managers, is also being rolled out. AskWealth is designed to help service teams resolve client inquiries with ease and speed, and advisors access timely market insights and research.

Following a successful launch in Asia, AskWealth is now available to Citi Wealth colleagues around the globe. The tool is expected to streamline how Citi Wealth works, opening new possibilities for serving Citi Wealth clients with speed and precision.

In late 2025 and early 2026, the usage of these AI-powered tools will be expanded to North America Citi Private Bankers and international colleagues.
