City is planning to build a new residential district
Bayreuth to Develop New Residential Area on Hirschbaumstraße
The City of Bayreuth is planning a new residential area on Hirschbaumstraße in the Wolfsbach district. The project, known as the "Hirschbaumstraße-Ost Residential Area," aims for harmonious urban development on the eastern settlement edge of Wolfsbach.
The planning foundations for this residential area are currently being laid. The city council has initiated a building plan procedure for the project, and the draft of the building plan is available on the city's homepage until September 22nd.
Interested individuals can view and discuss the planning documents at the city planning office of the City of Bayreuth, located at Luitpoldplatz 13, 9th floor. The documents are available during general business hours. A prior appointment is requested for a personal inspection and discussion of the planning at the town hall. The telephone number to make a prior appointment is 0921 25-1660.
The new residential area will be accessed by extending the existing Hirschbaumstraße. The plan foresees the construction of single and double-family houses in the residential area. Building rights for around 20 parcels will be created in the residential area.
The areas currently used for agriculture in the residential area are partly private and partly city-owned.
Statements on the planning of the "Hirschbaumstraße-Ost Residential Area" can be made during the publication period. Questions about the planning can be asked by phone or email. The employees of the city planning office are available for information on the planning of the residential area from Monday to Friday, and in the afternoon if necessary.
The planning office employees are also available for information on the planning of the residential area during the display period. During this time, statements on the planning can be submitted electronically or in another way if necessary.
The "Hirschbaumstraße-Ost Residential Area" is part of Bayreuth's ongoing efforts to provide suitable housing for its growing population. The city encourages residents and interested parties to engage in the planning process and provide feedback on the project.
