City of Marburg introduces 20 apprentices, henceforth referred to as Azubis
The city of Marburg is excited to announce the arrival of 20 new apprentices who will be joining various specialist services within the city administration. The new recruits will begin their training positions in October, as confirmed by the training manager, Prof. Dr. Jürgen Schnieder.
The diverse group of apprentices includes individuals from different fields, each bringing unique skills to the table. For instance, Elias Stark, a Construction Designer specializing in Architecture, and Bryan Rumbler, a Gardener specializing in Landscape Gardening, will add a fresh perspective to their respective departments.
In the field of childcare and all-day care, Fabio-Marcel Rauch, Leander Michel, Marcella Mettbach, Neda Sakhipoo, and four other trainees will be making a significant contribution. Meanwhile, Silke Fischer-Stamm, the training manager, has taken the time to orient the new apprentices, providing them with an overview of the course of events and contents of the next few days.
The city administration is not the only department welcoming new trainees. The service company of Marburg City (DBM) will also be welcoming two apprentices. In addition, Lenya Laurel Bamberger, Marcel Bartsch, Pierre Tarek Buschhaus, Aleyna Gültekin, Mikail Sahiner, and Maximilian Siemon have joined as Administrative Specialists.
Technological roles are also represented, with Michael Engelbrecht joining as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and Hans Christian Brehmen as a Vocational Training Integrative Practitioner for Educator (VIPA).
The sports and cultural sectors are not left out either. Justin-Mike Rademacher, a Sports and Fitness Merchant, and Merle Rukober, an Event Management Merchant, will bring their energy and creativity to their roles. Cedrik Bier, a Road Builder, will contribute to the city's infrastructure.
The new apprentices were warmly welcomed by Mayor Nadine Bernshausen in the Historic Hall of the Town Hall. Each new apprentice received a school bag, along with further presents from the works council and from the youth and apprentice representative.
For those interested in joining the city of Marburg as an apprentice, applications for training positions starting in August and September 2025 are still possible until Monday, September 16. Interested parties can apply online at www.ourwebsite/jobs.
