City of Yakutsk to Initiate Acceptance of Applications for City Fair Celebrations

Are you interested in participating in the Yakutsk City Day celebrations? Here's your chance to be a part of the festivities by setting up a trade booth at the fair.

The event is scheduled for September 13, 2025, from 08:00 to 18:00, and will take place at Friendship Square. A total of 14 tents (3m x 3m) are available for participants, including individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, and self-employed individuals.

If you're an individual participant or self-employed, don't forget to bring your copy of your passport and the certificate of registration as a self-employed person. For individual entrepreneurs, an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs with economic activity codes is required.

For catering enterprises, a contract with the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is necessary, and a production control program is required. Notification of registration from Rospotrebnadzor is also essential.

There are various categories available for the tents. 5 tents are for food products such as fish, dairy, bakery, confectionery, drinks, and packaged products. One tent is specifically for ice cream, another for cotton candy, and 2 tents are for balloons and toys. Lastly, 3 tents are for souvenir products.

To apply, you'll need to submit a personal application, which can be done at Yakutsk, Lenin Prospect, 15, room 207. The application acceptance period is from August 25 to September 5, 2025.

Good news for disabled persons, pensioners, large families, single parents, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in charity, and participants of SVO! A 25% discount on the fee for setting up a trade booth is offered to you.

Remember, a certificate of tax registration is required for all participants. The resolution No. 184p dated July 13, 2016, was issued by the Yakutsk City District Administration, authorising the Department of Entrepreneurship, Consumer Market, and Tourism Development of the Yakutsk City Administration to accept applications for the fair.
