Clash in Gladbeck's pedestrian zone leaves four individuals hurt

In the evening of June 20, 2025, a disturbing incident unfolded in the Horster Street area of Gladbeck. At approximately 21:45 hours, a brawl involving eight individuals took place, with four groups of men, each from Gladbeck and with family ties to the city, participating in the altercation.

The four groups were reported to have used iron bars and chains during the fight. Regrettably, several victims sustained injuries and were promptly transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Fortunately, three of the injured victims were discharged following outpatient treatment, while one required further inpatient care.

In response to the incident, the police took swift action. All individuals involved were located, and four suspects were provisionally arrested.
