In a shocking turn of events, Bishop Salvador Rangel Mendoza, the Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Chilpancingo-Chilapa, Guerrero, was kidnapped and later found in a hospital center in Cuernavaca, Morelos. The news was first reported by The Guerrero Post and later confirmed by the OEM.
