Collaborative Efforts Dedicated to Women's Empowerment Advancement

CoreNet Global Central Europe (CNG) and Verein Frauen in Führung (F!F) have joined forces in a collaboration aimed at promoting leadership opportunities for women in the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) industry.

According to CNG President Lina Scherer, this partnership seeks to bring about positive changes in the German real estate industry by strengthening networks, opening up opportunities, and actively shaping changes. The collaboration also aims to increase the representation of female leaders in the CREM field.

Anne Tischer, chairwoman of F!F, highlighted the underrepresentation of women in leadership roles in the German real estate industry. She stated that only 18% of women are represented in these positions. F!F's mission is to raise awareness, foster a supportive environment, and drive change, working together with major players in the industry.

The collaboration between CNG and F!F is focused on promoting leadership opportunities for women, inspiring young talents for leadership roles in CREM, and increasing the visibility of female leaders. According to Scherer, young leaders and women bring fresh ideas, new approaches, and a different perspective on topics such as sustainability and innovation.

Locke McKenzie, representing the board of CNG Central Europe from Deka Immobilien, expressed his support for the collaboration. He stated that the partnership will contribute to the development of the German real estate industry by encouraging women to take up leadership roles.

Anne Tischer emphasized the need for increased representation of women in leadership roles, stating that it is essential for creating a supportive environment for women in these positions. The collaboration intends to focus on topics such as sustainability and innovation in the German real estate industry.

In conclusion, the collaboration between CNG and F!F is a significant step towards increasing the representation of women in leadership roles in the German real estate industry. By promoting leadership opportunities, inspiring young talents, and increasing the visibility of female leaders, the collaboration aims to bring about positive changes in the industry.
