Collision between a passenger vehicle and a truck on the road
On 30th April 2025, at 15:29, a significant traffic accident occurred on Krefelder StraĂe in Mönchengladbach-Uedding. The incident involved a collision between a truck and a car, causing substantial disruptions to traffic flow.
Upon arrival, all vehicle occupants had left their vehicles independently. The mother and three children were immediately transported to a city hospital for precautionary examination.
The Fire Department Mönchengladbach is managing the situation, with Brandamtmann Alexander FlĂŒgel serving as Incident Commander. Units from Fire and Rescue Station I (Neuwerk) and the Technical and Logistics Center (Holt) are also part of the operation. Three ambulances, one doctor's emergency vehicle, and the command staff of the professional fire brigade are working diligently to ensure the best possible response.
