In an incident that occurred on the A33 towards Brilon at 20:05, a 23-year-old driver was behind the wheel of a Tesla. The accident took place behind the Borgholzhausen junction due to the driver's speed not being adjusted to the weather conditions.

The Tesla veered off the left lane, hit two concrete barriers, and spun back into the left one. As a result, the vehicle sustained significant damage, and an ambulance was called to attend to the driver who sustained minor injuries. A tow truck later removed the non-operational Tesla from the scene.
