ConocoPhillips and Aris Water reach seven-year agreement extension for water management operations, with the latter also providing an operational status update.

In a notable development, Aris Water Solutions, a growth-oriented environmental infrastructure and solutions company, has announced the extension of its Water Gathering and Disposal Agreement with ConocoPhillips. The agreement, initially set to expire on May 31, 2033, has now been extended until May 31, 2040.

Amanda Brock, President and CEO of Aris, hailed the extension as a significant milestone for the company. The extension provides Aris with substantial long-term revenue visibility, supported by ConocoPhillips' highly economic, multi-decade remaining inventory.

Aris Water Solutions delivers full-cycle water handling and recycling solutions, creating long-term value through integrated pipelines and related infrastructure. Their solutions not only increase the sustainability of energy company operations but also help customers reduce their water and carbon footprints, primarily in the core areas of the Permian Basin.

The Agreement's terms remain unchanged with the extension. Aris will continue to provide long-term full-cycle water infrastructure services to ConocoPhillips, aiding in the efficient management of produced water.

Aris expects to report Adjusted EBITDA at the high end of its guidance range for the second quarter of 2025. The company uses non-GAAP financial measures, including Adjusted EBITDA, to assess its operating results. However, it's essential to note that Adjusted EBITDA is not a measure of financial performance under GAAP and should not be considered as a measure of liquidity or as alternatives to net income (loss).

Aris' Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations is David Tuerff. Further details about the company can be found on their investor relations website at [email protected] or by contacting (281) 501-3070.

On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, Aris will host a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2025 results. The company will issue its second quarter 2025 earnings release after market close on August 11, 2025.

The extension aligns the interests of both parties and complements their recently executed long-term water supply contract. Bayou City Water Company also extended its Water Gathering and Disposal Agreement with Aris Water Solutions, Inc. until January 1, 2031.

In summary, the extension of the Water Gathering and Disposal Agreement with ConocoPhillips marks a significant milestone for Aris Water Solutions. The company remains committed to delivering sustainable, efficient, and high-capacity water management solutions to its clients.
