Maximilian Lauer, a 27-year-old political and economic sciences graduate, has recently joined Salzgitter AG's Berlin office as a Public & Regulatory Affairs Advisor. Lauer's role involves supporting Lizzie Herzog, the head of the capital office at Salzgitter AG's Berlin office.
Lauer's career in the energy sector began during his studies when he worked as a student trainee at TenneT TSO's headquarters. He also gained valuable experience at the German Energy Agency. Before joining Salzgitter AG on March 1, Lauer worked as a Policy Specialist Energy Markets at EPICO KlimaInnovation.
Prior to his position at Salzgitter AG, Lauer also worked at Bayer AG. His previous work experiences have been primarily in the field of energy, making him a valuable addition to Salzgitter AG.
In his new role, Lauer will be working closely with Lizzie Herzog, providing support and contributing to the strategic development of Salzgitter AG's public and regulatory affairs.
Lauer's academic background in political and economic sciences, coupled with his extensive experience in the energy sector, will undoubtedly prove beneficial to Salzgitter AG as they navigate the complex energy landscape.
