Piepenbrock Takes on Comprehensive Facility Management for BeOne Office Building in Frankfurt

The Piepenbrock Group, a renowned service provider, has assumed responsibility for the comprehensive facility management of the BeOne office building in Frankfurt am Main. The office building, located in the heart of the city, was constructed in 2004 and offers approximately 7,000 sqm of lettable area over six floors.

The renovation of the BeOne office building is currently underway, and the Piepenbrock Group is playing a significant role in the project. Uwe Bendrien, an object manager at Piepenbrock, is overseeing the BeOne project in Frankfurt. While details about his previous roles are not publicly available, his expertise is evident in the comprehensive service package he is managing.

The service package includes maintenance services, technical building management, energy management, window cleaning services, and more. Specifically, the renovation includes the replacement of the air conditioning and ventilation system, as well as the access control system.

The Piepenbrock Group has previously handled similar projects in comprehensive facility management in Frankfurt, which no doubt contributed to their selection for this role.
