Councilman Ingo Brohl Appoints New Police Chief in Dinslaken

In a ceremony held on August 19, 2025, District Administrator Ingo Brohl introduced Frank Marienfeldt as the new head of the East Police Station in Dinslaken. Marienfeldt began his career with the Federal Border Guard in 1983 and joined the police force of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in 1990. He graduated from the higher police service academy in 1997 and has held various positions in Dinslaken and the control center in Wesel since then.
