The Tourism Infrastructure Program in Baden-Württemberg is receiving a significant boost this year, with around 16 million euros in funding set to support various projects. One of the key figures driving this initiative is Patrick Rapp, the Tourism State Secretary within the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

In the latest round of funding, Solebad in Bad Rappenau is set to receive 2.5 million euros for its second construction phase, while Bad Krozingen and Bad Bellingen will improve their spa parks with grants that vary between 30,000 euros and 2.5 million euros.

Other projects receiving funding include the creation of a central hiking parking lot in Schönwald in the Black Forest, the development of a mountain bike network in Gengenbach, and making the House of Guests in Höchenschwand barrier-free.

The distribution of funding across administrative regions sees Freiburg receiving 4.3 million euros, Karlsruhe receiving 0.6 million euros, Stuttgart receiving 5 million euros, and Tübingen receiving 6.2 million euros.
