Country boosts tourism by allocating 16 million euros

The Tourism Infrastructure Program in Baden-Württemberg is receiving a significant boost this year, with around 16 million euros in funding set to support various projects. Other projects receiving funding include the creation of a central hiking parking lot in Schönwald in the Black Forest, the development of a mountain bike network in Gengenbach, and making the House of Guests in Höchenschwand barrier-free.

The distribution of funding across administrative regions sees Freiburg receiving 4.3 million euros, Karlsruhe receiving 0.6 million euros, Stuttgart receiving 5 million euros, and Tübingen receiving 6.2 million euros.
