Interested individuals can participate in a memory and concentration improvement course, titled "I'll remember that", scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Arnsberg Civic Center. This engaging course is led by senior trainer Monika Hennebohle and aims to enhance memory and concentration using creative mnemonic techniques.

The course will take place every 2nd Tuesday of the month, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Apart from the initial session on September 9, the course is also scheduled for October 14, November 11, and December 9, 2025.
